Elementary Curriculum

The Lower School program at Tennessee Christian Preparatory School is geared to connect students to the world around them. The curriculum is supportive of individual learning styles and strengths. It takes an interdisciplinary approach to focus the students’ attention on the inter-connectivity of subjects being taught. At TCPS, there is a systematic and sequential acquisition of skills that allows for the most natural and rapid mastery. The faculty nurtures creativity, fosters individual and cooperative learning, and is committed to teaching the students the skills necessary to be resourceful, successful learners.
