Enrollment Fees

Technology Fee
$100 per student – This new annual fee for grades K through 12th covers costs of new technology being implemented into our school this year, due no later than August 1st. *Tuition assistance does not apply to enrollment or technology fees.*
Re-enrollment applications may be submitted beginning February 7. No child will be allowed to start the school year if enrollment fees have not been paid. Tuition assistance cannot apply to enrollment fees.
2012-2013 Tuition Rates
For your convenience, you have the option of paying the Annual Rate, 12 monthly payments (June-May), or 10 monthly payments (August-May).

Prepayment Discount
A 5% discount will be applied if the full year tuition is paid in full by July1st.
Multi-Child Discount
We are able to offer a discount of 25% off tuition for each child after the first child’s full tuition payment.
After School Care
After school care is available until 5:30 p.m. for $8 per day for grades kindergarten through 5th grade. Aftercare fees are due on Monday for the previous week.
Late Fee
Payments are due by the 1st day of the month and will be considered late on the 6th. A late charge of $25 will be assessed on the 6th of the month. If your monthly tuition has not been paid by the 15th, a 1% per month finance fee will also be assessed.
Returned Check Fee
A returned check fee of $25.00 will be applied to each returned check. You must pay in cash to cover any returned checks. Late fees will also apply. The school reserves the right to request payment in cash after two returned checks.
No Refunds Will Be Made on Tuition or Enrollment Fees!
If a student withdraws or is dismissed from TCPS during the school year, a withdrawal form will be necessary for your child to enroll elsewhere. If your account has an outstanding balance, no records or transcripts will be released until the account is paid in full. Monthly statements will be emailed. You will be held responsible for payment by the due date regardless of statement being received or not.
