Tennessee Christian Preparatory School is accredited by AdvancED / Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and offers students a unique educational environment:

  • TCPS has a low teacher-to-student ratio. Thanks to this low ratio, students receive one-on-one attention to maximize their God-given potential.
  • TCPS students, on average, completed national standardized tests with the ease of students three grade levels higher.
  • TCPS offers advanced placement (AP) courses that provide the opportunity for college credit.
  • TCPS offers baseball, basketball, cheerleading, golf, soccer, tennis, track, volleyball, and other athletic opportunities.
  • TCPS is integrating classical education into the school’s curriculum. Classical education is the most natural way for students to learn and requires students to take courses in Latin and logic.
  • TCPS is accredited by the Tennessee Department of Education and AdvancED.
  • TCPS students currently represent more than 30 churches.
  • TCPS accepts students of all races, economic backgrounds, and denominations.

  • TCPS has a meaningful Bible curriculum beginning at age 3, and all students attend weekly chapel beginning at age 3.
  • TCPS offers a variety of after-school enrichment classes, such as STEM Lego Robotics, Ballet Lessons, Girls on the Run, chess, and art. There are student-led book clubs as well as student-led Bible studies.
  • TCPS students wear uniform dress beginning in kindergarten. This uniformity helps students focus on academics.
  • TCPS employs approximately 50 faculty and staff members.
